Welcome to Asia Tech Academy. By accessing and using our website (asiatechacademy.com) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

 2.⁠ ⁠Services Provided
Asia Tech Academy offers a variety of IT and coding courses, including but not limited to PHP, Java, and React. Our courses use educational material provided by the University of Helsinki, and access to these materials is free of charge.

 3.⁠ ⁠Admission and Fees
While access to the educational materials is free, we charge an admission fee and a monthly source fee for tutoring and additional resources provided by our team. The fees are as follows:

Admission Fee: $149 (one-time)
Monthly Tutoring Fee and support: $257-$450

 4.⁠ ⁠Certification
Upon successful completion of our courses, students will receive certification from the University of Helsinki. Please note that the certification is awarded based on the University of Helsinki’s standards and criteria.

 5.⁠ ⁠Use of Materials
All educational materials provided through our platform are for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any of the materials without prior written permission from Asia Tech Academy and the University of Helsinki.

 6.⁠ ⁠User Conduct
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform to:

Upload or distribute any harmful, obscene, or illegal content.
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Engage in any activity that could harm the functionality of our website.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Asia Tech Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorised use of this content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia.
